How can I create my Divine Experiment when I seem to have no control over my time?

Time is within your control. This is literally the truth — and it’s a dramatic point of convergence between ancient teachings and modern insights. When you recognize that truth and act on it, you can change time from a tidal wave that threatens to engulf you, to a powerful force working for you in every moment
The first step is discovering what you’re doing with your time right now. And please note: I said what you’re doing with your time, not what your time is doing with you. You are in control. Accept that responsibility, and seize that opportunity. How? It’s really very simple. Just start keeping a record of how you actually spend your time.
A time log is a detailed, minute-by-minute diary of the day. It’s a written record that lets you evaluate your activities and the time they required so that you can decide where changes need to be made. Keeping an accurate time log of all your activities lets you see with dazzling clarity exactly how much time you use, and how much you waste. It gives you the facts you need for making radical improvements in managing your time.
To get maximum results from a time log, consider making a commitment to yourself to keep it for at least one full week.

How can I create a fulfilling relationship with my partner?
|
|
|
If we want deep magical relationships with others, we must first create that deep magical relationship with our innermost selves. Then offer your partner compassion, love, understanding, and grace and you will receive them back, more than tenfold.
Along the way you should talk with your partner about your desires for the relationship. One of the things I suggest doing is to sit down with your mate to talk about where you’re going and what’s important to each of you in the relationship. Once you do that, then you can take steps together to begin moving in that direction.
And more than anything, learn to be happy in this moment. The present moment is the point of power for creating anything you want, including harmonious and fulfilling relationships.

I try to be loving and positive, but before long negative thoughts and feelings start to creep in. How do I control these feelings? |
|
|
You can release or diminish the intensity of all feelings through physical exercise. This might take the form of walking, stretching, or dancing. You may also release feelings by using imagery:
for example, creating a sturdy container in your mind’s eye, into which you put the feelings you wish to release. Using movement, or imagery, or your own particular method, consciously release 90 percent of the feelings you no longer need or want into the molten core of the Earth, where they will be immediately transformed into energy that is positive and life giving.
Creating a daily Feeling Inventory will also help you learn how to control your feelings To do that make a list of all the possible feelings you can think of, then take a few minutes at the end of the day to put a check by any feeling you experienced that day. You will discover that in only a few days, you become more aware of exactly what you are feeling.
As you review your Feeling Inventory over a period of weeks, look for patterns — feelings that you avoid and feelings that you feel frequently. Notice that as you acknowledge and release feelings that may be unpleasant or too intense, you create more space for life-enhancing emotions. |

How can I heal a part of my body or a situation in my life that has been resistant to healing? |

Our whole being must be in true Resonance with our heart’s desires in order to create the biochemistry that provides support on a cellular level for the physical manifestation of what we need. Decisions made with our whole being can have entirely different outcomes than those made from our intellect or intuition alone. Our thoughts are most powerful when they resonate with our hearts.
From my own experiences, I have learned that writing down My Heart’s Most Treasured Desires, specifically and in Technicolor detail is absolutely significant in the manifestation process. I write them, say them aloud, feel them, and envision them to use all parts of my Body and Mind. The Universe can deliver exactly what you want and need only if you compose your energetic email in exquisite detail, accompanied by your feeling-based certainty that you will be answered by Divine Source through synchronicity.

I love my job, but it only affords me a certain level of income. How can I create the wealth I really want when my salary limits my income?
|
|
|
You have an underlying assumption that your employer is the only source of the money coming into your life. However, if you can imagine, in explicit detail, money coming into your life from a variety of sources and you believe that it can happen, your subconscious mind will start to come up with ways to create the wealth you desire. You’ll attract the right opportunities and resources, the right boss, and whatever you need to fulfill your desire.
But you have to do more than just picture money coming into your life: You must add feeling to your visualizations. So rather than just picturing a million-dollar bank account, feel what it is like to actually be a millionaire as if it’s right Now! See it, feel it, and live it. And when the ideas and opportunities for creating wealth present themselves, act on them.

What can I do to stop being so hard on myself while I’m in the process of achieving my dreams?
|
|
|
In expanding our lives and our consciousness, it’s important to track our own internal world of thoughts and feelings. We need to become exquisitely aware of any negative untrue thoughts and feelings we may direct toward ourselves.
You may be at the end of the workday, reviewing your “To Do” list. If you weren’t able to complete everything on the list, your first feeling may be guilt and your first thought may be, “Look at all the things I didn’t get accomplished today.” It is crucial for your own well-being that you be able to notice your first thought and feeling. If you are aware of your first thought and feeling, you can make a quick assessment of what was reasonable to accomplish that day. You can then use free will to create your second thought: “Look at all the things I accomplished today — maybe I need to make my 'To Do' lists more realistic.” Your second feeling might be relief and satisfaction.
Use your connection with Divine Intelligence to rise to the occasion of creating your second thoughts and your second feelings. When you do this, you will be assisted to rise above your very human impulses, often caused by fear and anxiety, and to transcend subtle and not so subtle stereotypes about yourself and others. You move out of superficial judgment of yourself and others, into the high frequency Resonance of love and compassion, of Sound Health and Sound Wealth.

Can we really choose our thoughts and feelings? |
|
|
You cannot necessarily choose your first thought or feeling since thoughts and feelings often arise unbidden, seemingly out of nowhere. You can, however, choose your second thought and your second feeling, replacing fear with Faith, depression with hope, anxiety with serenity. In this process, you empower and reconstruct yourself. Of course, it is absolutely necessary for you to know what you think and feel in order for this scientific magic to work for you. In fact, it takes a lot less energy to practice this "scientific treatment," than it does to continually review and replay troubling situations in your life.
When we change our thoughts and our physiology, we find new solutions because as Napoleon Hill taught, we make better use of "The Gold Mine" between our ears, "to re-create our ever-improving life experience." We may then make newer and better choices in all areas of our lives. We may then harvest the dreams and goals we had previously not yet imagined because our view was blocked. Our significantly improved thoughts and feelings become our new life-enhancing beliefs. More and more effortlessly opportunities of rich abundance are flowing to us each time we engage in this mindful practice. |

In order to experience your most positive dreams, you might say to yourself: "I feel heart Resonance for my most precious dreams. My heart-based feeling technology, already installed within me and connected with Divine Intelligence, creates Now, the actual experience of exactly how it feels to live my dreams. I feel relaxed and calm, as well as excited, because my dreams are realized. I feel it now." With focus and repetition, your intention becomes programmed into your powerful Subconscious Mind!
On a continuing basis, practice creating states of positive feeling: peace, joy, compassion, excitement, curiosity, relaxation, love, and satisfaction. Use both memory and future imagination to ignite these states. As you become accustomed to this, you will very quickly be able to go "in state." You will have the feeling experience of your dreams in an instant.

When you start changing your life for the better, how do you address those around you who don’t support the path that you are on and turn down your dreams and aspirations?
|
|
|
Negative responses are directed toward you because you are changing in positive ways that will, in fact, help all those in your energetic field. Don’t expect those around you to understand this. They are invested in preserving the status quo so that their predictable worlds can remain just that. Practicing "energetic martial arts" will defuse any negative energy directed toward you.
You can actively practice energetic martial arts by predicting that others are going to have negative responses to your change. Predicting negative responses helps you understand what is happening and provides you with strength in Body, Mind, and Spirit. In the everyday world, this means creating positive structures that support your goals. You invite others to discuss their responses to your changes, and you listen with attention. You place a limit on how long the discussion can go on — 10 minutes to half an hour. You let others know that you will not discuss the change outside of appointed times, and if they try to break this reasonable boundary, you will simply leave the room.

How do you manage personal, professional, and spiritual life in this demanding society?
|
|
|
The question predisposes that you can’t do it and the truth is you absolutely can. And if you simply Make a Decision that you can, it will change your life and allow you to produce the rich illuminating experiences you want—physically, emotionally, and Spiritually.
If you make a list of the five key areas of life—physical, financial, relational, spiritual, and intellectual—and specify exactly what you want to create and attract in each of those areas, and keep your attention on that, you will begin to attract them.
By Making a Decision, you effortlessly enhance your own internal Universe, creating an expanded self, an enriched life experience, and a better world. By Making a Decision for yourself, you impact the world around you; your Decision is like throwing a pebble into a pond. The ripples affect and literally transform the entire Universe.
